The interlocking signal is clear for the westbound Frisco freight to cross the Wellington-El Dorado Santa Fe line at AG tower in Augusta. This is on the now abandoned Frisco line to Wichita (about 21 miles away) where the train will terminate.

A trio of GP-7 work on the Wichita - Beaumont line just west of the Santa Fe crossing at AG tower. The station survives today with a private business inside. The Frisco line has been dormant for quite a few years with the main track existing (barely) and most of the side tracks gone.

The privately owned car on the right was ex-NYC Inperial Emblem. Built by Pullman-Standard in 1940 with 4 compartments 4 double bedrooms and 2 drawing rooms -- sold to Illinois Central in 1962. September 1979
